Travel Agents Go Direct This company ripoff My Husband and I and has taken 109.90 fro our account and we did not authorize it to happen. Seminole Florida

We recieved a phone call 5 weeks back stating We had won a vacation to florida. All We had to do was join the travel agent go direct for free. We were told we would have two weeks to cancel after recieving our info package.

When we recieved the info package it turn out to be just a bill and not only that we didn't have to weeks to cancel our account we had till the day after we recieved it. so we call the company and canceled our account. Now we are still being charge We have had 59.95 and 49.95 taken out of our account and we did not autherize them to be able to do so.

We recieved the so call Info backsge on 09/12/06 and had to cancel it by 09/13/06.We have call and spoke to them and all they can tell us is that we have to send a letter to the refund department with the cancelation number to be refunded.

We have been trying to get our money back and have not been able to.
