Florida Dreamway Escapes and Travel Agents go Direct debited a total of $208.95 from my bank account. These transactions were unauthorized.

When I recieved the information in the mail from Florida Dreamway Escapes i immediatly called and tried to cancel, there was numerous times that the line was busy, and when I did get through I pushed the # key for customer assistance and someone answered and as soon as I said I wanted to cancel they hung up on me.

This happened a total of 22 times. When I saw on my bank statement the Florida Dreamway Escapes debited $149.00, I immediatly called and instantly I was directed to someone, and the gave me a confirmation number and everything.

I asked for a refund, and they said they didn't give refunds, but they would send me some papers and I could send them back and request a refund, and if they determined I was eligible, they would give me one.

In the packet of information I was sent about the vacation and everything, there was a Travel Agents Go Direct thing in there and since I had never spoke to them I didn't think that they could take anything out of my account, to the best of my knowledge they didn't have my account number.

I called them at the time of recieving the paperwork, and no one answered. On November 24th I noticed that $59.95 was debited from my account by Travel Agents Go Direct.

I called and they told me to send a letter to get refunded. I said that I had never spoken to them, and that I wanted to speak to a supervisor and I wanted my money put back in my account immediatly.

The women told me that there was no supervisor and that they can't put money into an account, they can only take it out. I asked how they could take someone's money without ever speaking to me, and they said that they were affiliated with Florida Dreamway Escapes and that there information came in the packet the Florida Dreamway Escapes sent out.

I asked how they got my account number and they informed me that Florida Dreamway Escapes gave it to them.
I have been charged $60.00 in overdraft fees from them withdrawing money illegally. The Grand total with the overdraft fee's included is $268.95.

I would like my money back, and now I am just waiting to hear from them on my refund Status.
