In summary, please save yourselves the money and headache  do not use travelocity it is a SCAM!  You will have 24 hours to cancel trip . However, you will not be answered by customer service until 3-4 days later after you are on hold 38- 42 minutes and still no answer. By this time frustration is definitely an understatement. All the workers that I spoke with is in India and named Peter.... before TRAVELOCITY answered... I was able to get to the Fraud Dept w Visa to deny/ dispute charges. Giant headache to take a four day trip. Travelocity cancelled reservation... Credited 550 bk to card and charged my card 717 for 2 air tics but gave me 2 Free air vouchers .... As if I'll ever do business w them! I will dispute and not be charged because I reached them before Travelocity ... They can take the 2 e tics and ride a slow boat  back. to India/ China  or wherever they can!!!
