travelocity.com fraudalant charge internet

I looked up a trip and put a debit card for payment.  The payment did not go through, yet they took a dollar out of my account.  I am not getting any service to get my money back.  I called the number that was on the transaction and got nobody.  I called travelocity and talked to someone.  Sounded like they were from india.  He told me travelocity was in transition to a new company and I probably crossed into their system.  They routed me to a different number.  No one picked up. I used to use Travelocity all the time.  I will never use them again.
