Traxxas Arthur I sent my xmaxx truck that had a factory recall to them they said they shipped it back to me but I have never received anything from them and now they say to bad not our problem McKinney Texas

 I bought a R.c car from Traxxas and it caught on fire so I called the customer service line and was made aware of a factory recall that was taking place. So I did what the guy told me to do and I sent them my truck along with the batteries that burnt up also. I never received anything from them so I called the customer service line again and they said they shipped it but it was sent back, so they shipped it again and it was returned again. So I called again and now they say it was delivered but I still haven't received anything. I was told by Arthur the supervisor that this package would have to be signed for upon delivery due to the cost of it I still haven't received anything or signed for anything from them so I called FedEx and they said that it was delivered left on the porch and they got the o.k. To do that from sender so I ask again where is my truck that I sent in because it caught on fire due to a factory defect which they had a lot of on this same thing and I'm sure all the other people got there xmaxx trucks back. So I ask what's one truck to a huge company like Traxxas
