traxxas didn't even attempt to refute my complaint about their intentionally defective and dangerous Stampede rc truck. They told me they would not discuss it any further because they view my complaint as a legal dispute. In other words, they are daring me to get an attorney and sue them rather than their being willing to set things right. You may have not had any trouble with this company but when there is a problem like this that occurs where they are obviously in the wrong, they simply do not care. They would rather play the lawsuit and attorney gambit strategy than fess up and stand behind their product in a proper manner. Something this defective, and dangerous to your small child, should be granted a refund. This company is a rip off and perfectly fits the name of this product safety and defective workmanship complaint website. Traxxas is a ripoff!

Traxxas spends a substantial amount of money on advertising with Championship Off Road Racing, CORR.

Owners/Operators of Championship Off Road Racing are Knowingly and Willingly allowing Greg Adler Motorsports to compete in races when he is not Good Standing within the business community and/or general public.

This company has failed to respond to legitimate consumer complaints all across this country and has received over a dozen State Violations False & Misleading Statements.
