This company also screwed me, Triad Financial aka Road Loans." I also found out this finance company is owned by Ford Motor company". That wow'ed me. A big company that that owning this crappy finance company.
I have yet too see any action against this company, And I'm hoping it happens fast. They have screwed up my credit with there errors of not posting my payments that were sent, and picking up my truck without even saying a word just came and picked it up and said I owe two payments plus fee's for reposesion.
I could go on for ever with the mistakes they've made, and they even had the nerve too tell me I can't afford the vehicle and I should just surrender the vehicle for pick-up.
All I have too say is that if a company has 176 complaints on a web site like this, with more than 60% of the people saying the same thing about this company there is deffiently a problem with them.

This is simply untrue. I researched this and this is what I found:
From their website:
"Triad is owned by a consortium made up of three highly respected investment firms with tremendous financial strength and financial services experience. The group is led by Gerald J. Ford, President of Hunter's Glen/Ford Ltd. and former Chairman and CEO of Golden State Bancorp as well as Carl Webb, Triad's former president and CEO, and includes GTCR Golder Rauner, a major private equity firm, and Goldman Sachs, a major investment bank."
As for the complaints here,there are many, and many are justified. But we can't tell if YOUR situation is a rip off or another person complaining about the interest rates in the contract they signed and the fact that Triad calls them when they are late.
