If you search for them on the internet, it appears they have been sued by 2 states already for millions of dollars but continue anyways with the 48 left.

If you havent figured it out, the trick is to set up two accounts instead of one so when someone tries to cancel they only cancel one account. This insures them that no one really is able to cancel the second account without prior understanding of their trick.

This is what happened to me. They offer $350 in gas for $2 shipping fee and free trial that must be canceled in 30days. I cancel two weeks later, disputed the $2 charge with my bank when the gas offer turned out to be bogus, and received my$2 back from clearly winning the dispute.Five months later I realizethey had been charging my credit card $19.99 per month anyway. When the bank and I contacted them they explained that I canceled my one account but not the other.

People have no idea to cancel twice and that's where this little confusion makes them millions of dollars.
