Tuffy Tire & Auto Service (Hilliard) Predatory and Deceptive Business Practices and Horrible Customer Service Hilliard ohio

Took our Sentra Nissan to Tuffy located in Hilliard, Ohio to see if they could install after market parts (Muffler and Resonator).  They agreed and installed the parts.  After installation, we realized something wasn't right and took it back a week or so later.  Tom, the owner, said there was nothing more he was willing to do.  He was reluctant to offer any assistance.

My husband knows a lot about cars so decided to get under the car and try and figure it out himself.  Saw that the part was ill-fitted and decided to order a new part.  While removing the existing part, he realized not only was it installed poorly but the heat shield was missing.  He assumed the shop removed it in order for the part to fit.  He took pictures and returned to Tuffy to ask Tom about the missing heat shield.

Tom refused to even look at the car and said it was his word against my husband's.  We made a complaint and Tuffy's corporate office reached out to try and resolve the issue.  They contacted Tom but he refused to do anything.
