TVBOXSET RIP OFF SCAM COMPANY Toronto Internet

I have never been ripped off by a company on the internet until I made a purchase with this company. I ordered Beauty and the Beast 2nd and 3rd Season through them on 8/7/07. They returned an order schedule. Big deal!

They were supposed to process the order by 8/10/07, complete the shipping by 8/12 and I would receive the tracking information by 8/13/07...I didn't get the tracking info. The product was to be delivered by 8/25/07. I never got it. The cost was $61.98 and they got their money on 8/17/07.

I have called weekly for six weeks. I have e-mailed until I just won't anymore. No response. When I call, I get a recording that they are experiencing high volumes of calls and will get back to me in the order in which it was received...what a joke.

It is now 10/31/07 (Halloween) and I have not heard from them by phone or email. I went onto the site and it states they are restructuring their web site...Yeah right! I don't believe it and feel I have lost my money...Don't order anything from these people....
