This Complaint About TVG.COM is Due to The Faulty Platform on This site, it has been Proven that They have delayed betting and When I contacted the Company Even There own Employee Stated that They Saw this error.

I Even purchased a Brand New Computer, And Proved the Fact That, Their Platform When Betting and You won the Race, They Stated that My Bet was not entered correctly, (Stating I entered Incorrectly) due to Their Error, it Cost Me Hundreds of Dollars in lost Bets, and The Supervisor has Contacted me, they have excuses, They Admitted that Their Platform has Serious Issues.  I ran I test with My New computer and I Set Bets What happens is, I Placed a Bet with all winning Horses, but When I checked my Winning ticket, The Numbers of Horses Where changed, I was So angry, And Contact TVG, They stated that I was the one who made the error. I had to dispute these charges, and later a Rep from the company contacted me, With Threats, and harassed my family with Calls, to End this Dispute. I also Requested my Snap shot Of my Betting, and They immediately Closed my Account, so I could not Show the Proof Of Their Serious Error, I Highly recommend that No One Uses this Site, as Even though this error dose not occur with all bets it happens Frequently. I Know that I am not the only one this has happened too, Please report Any experiences others have had, as I would not want others to lose money as I have.
