U S Career Institute I ordered a Paralegal course from this company. I paid $5.00 down but after I received the course and started reading I came across a disturbing revelation. Not only would I have to pay for the course Fort Collins, Colorado

Now, they have turned the debt over to USCB Corporation, a collection agency. I recieved a letter last month demanding the balance in full. I called them to get their fax number and was questioned about my name and other info. I told them I just needed a fax number so I could file a dispute. I faxed this to them. Yesterday, I recieved another letter in the mail demanding $345.75 to close this account. This, they say, is a cancellation fee. The letter states there will be harsh actions to follow if I don't.
