I ordered ugg boots on the internet, the site I went to isn't the same e-mail address that I got later on. I paid them on my husbands visa but haven't told him that the boots have not arrived. I am waiting on the visa statement to see what is on it. I got an e-mail confirming my order, but it also had a website address on it about sitecomplaints. I have e-mailed them but no reply so far. I just don't know what to do next.
