UGLY DUCKLING AKA DRIVETIME ripoff mistreated and ripped off SAN ANTONIO Internet

I have two cars from Ugly Duckling. The first car was okay, the radiator crack the first time in the first week that I have bought it. They had it fix and no charge to me. I had no problems with it again, just minor stuff like the brakes replace and a tuneup and belt that is connected to alternator and AC busted.

The 2nd car, which I have now, is a total disater. My engine lights keeps coming on since day one and had sent to their shop and I was told that nothing was wrong. I had managers tell me that it is a sensor that keep coming on and that I should ignore.
So I did.

I had the brakes replaced twice. This past weekend, I gotten strand in a park because my niece needed to go a nearby bathroom and it was in emergency. I told her okay. When she went inside, I put the car in park and tried to roll down my windows. The windows did not want to roll down, but at first, I thought I hit the lock windows button. I tried messing with it and it still did not budge. When my niece came back, I tried putting the car in drive and the drivestick was stuck on park, my 4wd drive did not want to shift from 2wd to 4wd either. We ended up sleeping the park til 6am waiting for a tow truck.

I finally called drivetime today and spoke with one of the managers to find out if they can finance another car for me due other dealerships will not approved me because I still owed $10,000.00 on this SUV. The manager told me no and I told them that I will not make another car payment on this truck til I have the money to get it fix.

I currently driving my dad's car, and it is not nice, but it is something I can get around with.

So since I am not getting my way with them. They can come and repo the truck because I have their valuable customer and they do not appreciate it.
