Ugly Duckling Aka Drivetime ripoff How they ripped off a highschool graduate Atlanta Georgia

It was 1998 I just graduated high school;I was 18 years old just got a apartment and a good paying job. I was trying to buy a car and nobody would finance me because i wasn't 21 yet and didn't have enough job time.

Well it was hard getting around the small town i was living in georgia at that time. Well i just got my driving license never had a car before and never had any credit. One day superviser took me to small lot called ugly duckling they told me that they couldn't take me because i wasn't 21 and i needed someone to
cosign me my superviser told the lot manager how hard of a worker i was;and that i was going to go far in my life.

all i had was my paycheck it was only enough to buy insurance and down payment.They told me give them 500 dollars i gave them 500 dollars.I ended up getting candy red apple 1994 pontiac sunbird. I didn't choose a car they told me it was the only one i could get my payments were 334 a month with 29.9 interest rate 3 1/2 years and insurance 360 a month.

I had 3 different accidents the first time i was driving home from the movies and my whole tire popped off my car because three of the lug nuts were missing off my front tire the second time it had a bad relay fan and my car caught on fire, the third time it had a hole in a external hose on the engine so it caught on fire again.

At time i just turned 19 years old i couldn't get it fix
because i wasn't getting enough hours at work i ended up getting real sick and laid off,so i ended up getting the car towed back to them. Since then my credit has been miserable my nobody finance me car even though they a bad name.

I eventualy got married married had to buy cars cash
or through a dealership that check credit. I think best to way to go is go to a bank or credit union to finance a car.
