Ultra Life PM Does It Ever Stop! ripoff fraudulent fraud credit charges South Jordan Utah

Does this ever stop! I too am being victimized by this continuing scam by UltraLife PM and for several months! I am really quite frankly tired of it! I have e-mailed them, called them, even have stated I am going to pursue legal action and media attention, literally they say they don't care. Won't accept any returns, even on new, unopened product!

If I recall, this is the United States and we do have rights and recourse for companies like this! There is many companies out there that have paid quite hefty amounts of cash for this very thing. Has anyone ever considered a class-action suit against this company, maybe that will stop them! I am not rich and made of money and work hard for every penny, I don't have $46.90 every month to throw away on a product that don't even work!

My suggestion, let's do something, stop sitting here letting it happen! I can't imagine no attorneys have seen this and thought it would be a good case, if you are one, let's do something and stop this!
