I requeste the so-called "free" sample of the Ultra Life PM product. Some how, they got all of my personal banking info. and started deducting money out of my bank account.
This company will not answer their phones and today (Aug. 2, 2005) I filed my second complaint against them and previously changed my banking info. They had a voicemail box after business hours, they don't return phone calls. Today, their message says if you can't get through to call again their representatives are all busy. I doubt they have any reps. Just a big scam.
They really send product... whether you want it or not. I returned some (marked the package refused). This company needs to be stopped. My personal rip-offs come to around $150.00 and lots of hassles. I'd like to see these people prosecuted, if they are still in Utah.
