I stored my entire household in one of there"climate controlled units and when I returned to check on it after about 8 months out of town, Rats feces was all over everything. I reported this to the management and they check it out and told me that it wasnt thier fault. 

    They even rasised the rent and refused to move me to another unit. Although I did have insurance and was paid the maxium of my policy my damages exceeded 5000.00. Management of the pest control is awful and there is no proper customer service skills. Its a nasty place and everyone should know that this storage unit sits right on a sewage and they have no way of controlling the pest.
