Had to pay a fee 125.00 then monthly 189.06 month all that day. Told me my Dr was on list and hospital,clinic, and lab. I was ready to do my blood work and fill meds and told this is not a major medical, its a supplement and doesn't cover labs or xrays. It would only cover 50.00 of the office visit. I couldn't use this because Unified health one was not accepted here. Toldly without coverage.robbed Me of money . Scammer
