Americas Choice Health Unified health one or NCE National Congress of Employees. Possible fraud regarding payments for private health coverage and what is covered. Generally information regarding fraud and felony theft Internet

I was called by America's choice health back in October of 2012 to get information regarding buying personal health insurance.  I received a call from America's choice health and a Daniel Gootner who asked if I was in the market for health insurance. I explained to him that I was but don't want to be told a lie.  I listen to what he had to say, then joined the program.  I come to find out even before my effective date of Dec 1, 2012 they took $365 from my account and told me $99 Dollars was for enrollment, the other $266 was for the plan per month.  I received a package from NCE regarding my services, no invoice or nothing from America's choice health.  I have now been charged since Nov of 2012, $266 dollars per month since then to find out that the "Unified health one" didn't go into effect until Jan 1, 2013.  So now I have taken for over $1497 for what.  I reported them to the FTC for fraud and ripping off the public.  After numerous attempts to try to straighten out a problem with the co-pay for the services.  Nothing at all sounds logical.  This Daniel Gootner keeps telling me that I had the 70-30 coverage starting on December 1,2012  with the provider of the insurance and the Insurance company is telling me that my coverage did not start until Jan 1, 2013.  So now I am stuck between a rock and hard place, because if I stop payments to this Unified health coverage which is taking out the payments but not sending any statements.  Also my bank is saying it will cost me $31 dollars to block this company (another rip off company).  What is my action left to do with this Daniel Gootner?
