Unique auto insurance Non-Reliable Chicago, Illinois

My car was stolen from my home from a teenage friend of my sister, the car was found parked with many dents like it had been in a accident. The car had two tickets on it and was booted, the city of chicago pounded the car and I was liable to pay it because I had two previous tickets. I called unique to let them no where it was located after 20 days they finally went out to check it out they failed to help me get the vechicle. The 19 year old was arrested and I mailed the police report and other paper work they have failed to respond. My vechile was 1,200 hundred to be released and my car is still recked sitting outside my home waiting.to be repaired.
