Unique Insurance Company Unique Auto Insurance Company Deceptive Practices chicago, Illinois

This company should be investigated for insurance fraud. My parked car was hit by one of their insured on 9/10. To date my car is still sitting on my block, I have been issued no rental car and they have been completely non-responsive to my calls. I filed a complaint today with the Illinois Dept. of Insurance so hopefully someone starts looking into this sham of a business.

Not only have I been told that this could take a while but I was told that due to their insured hitting a 3rd person down my block per the police report that I would have to wait for this mystery person to file their claim prior to processing anything with my car. I stated that was ridiculous that I would have to wait for someone to come forward (and what if they don't) to file a claim in order to get my car fixed. Sakib stated it was the law which is absolutely a lie.

Now he won't answer any of my calls or respond to my voice mails to determine when my car will find its way to a shop as its not drive-able.

What's even more comical is that the person that hit my parked car doesn't even have a drivers license- I ask you what type of insurance company extends CAR insurance to a person that by law shouldn't be driving?

This company should really take a look at their insurance practices before each and every employee is out of a job due to their incompetent management.
