Unique Auto Insurance Company; Jerry Williamson Adjustor Unique Auto Insurance Company is a joke; they have lied over and over, don't answer phone calls, threaten us, and hang up on our phone calls Chicago Illinois

We have spoke with Jerry Williamson numerous times in the last 5 weeks trying to get my car fixed. Unique never requested the Illinois Traffic crash report from the Niles Police Dept.

When we learned this we supplied this report to Unique on June 5th. We spoke with Jerry Williamson of Unique on June 10th and he claimed that he needed additional paperwork from their persona who was responsible for the accident and that he would not make a decision without this.

We explained that a police officer witnessed this accident and ticketed their person; Jerry stated that he would not do anything until he had complete paperwork from his person. We phoned his person that day and he completed all paperwork that day June 10th.

One June 15th we spoke with Jerry Williamson and he said that all paperwork was in and he would be sending a letter to us to determine what they will do. We have not heard from Unique and it has been 4 weeks since their insured caused this accident and was ticketed. We have been without the services of our car and it is causing great strain on my ability to work.

Unique Insurance has been very evasive with us and our car is sitting at Express Body Shop waiting to be fixed. We have supplied Unique with the body shop estimate as well.

We feel that Unique has no intention of paying to fix our car even though their poerson is at fault and covered by a policy under written by Unique.
