United Auto defense my name is India Johnson India R Johnson I am counseling my United Auto defense insurance I do not feel insurance buy them I don't like the company and what they offer so I no longer want their insurance I am canceling it I am not happy with the insurance company I was not aware of when the money was going to be taken out of my account who was supposed to be setting up and be getting the account March 9th not whether we're going to set up and take money out of the account without me being knowledgeable of March 9th either way it goes I am unhappy and I no longer want the insurance thank you st.petersburg Nationwide

 my name is India Johnson I am reporting to cancel my United Auto defense car insurance I have insurance I talk to these people February 9th told them to set it up for March 9th they said they would do so I gave them yes my card numberbut I told him that I did not have the fun and that naked call back March 9th and we will set it up then instead they took the phone's off of my card March 9th that is not what was supposed to happen we're supposed to set up the account beginning March 9th not for them to take the funds out without me being knowledgeable of it on March 9th therefore I feel that that was negligent and they did not put their customer aware of what they were doing at the time of that transaction especially if they'd spoken to the customer February 9th and now it is March 9th that is a whole month later you have to call to confirm everything is still on a go not for you to take it upon yourself to do something that you do not know if it's going to be there or not I received no call I received no letter to inform me about what I had made March 9th I received nothing how I found out if I've been checking my card they sent me nothing at all no insurance card no insurance paper I am cancelling this it is wrong it is not right the false advertisement and they need to be a little bit more legitimate and courteous of the people that they're dealing with and their lives out in this situation I am cancelling my policy and I no longer want this policy in my life
