This company/person (Aaron) was supposed to assist us in gaining custody of our son.  

He described his services as comprehensive and would assist us in getting all documentation and court dates scheduled.

When Aaron explained his services he led me to believe that he was going to have one of the attorneys as a representative for me in my case. 

After months of paying upwards of $2,000 dollars and finally getting all the documents partially in order I am told that I have to pay extra to the court to file the papers I was led to believe were to be filed by the attorney I had been paying. 

Not only did I have to pay the $2,000 in fees for the attorney just for them to give me documents that they found on my states website that I could of easily gotten for free, on top of that they charge you $49 for a monthly membership fee that it isn't exacty clear what that's for. 

I am finally after navigating the system alone filing with my local courthouse and have to pay another $379 dollars in court fees to file additional paperwork that was never set up by the initial fees and set a court date on my own. 

If I would of known what I'm explaining here before hand that Aaron and United Family Resources were just going to give me papers that I could of printed out for free from my states website then I wouldn't of invested in these services.  I just didn't know where to start when trying to get help in getting our son, because of that Aaron and United Family Resources took advantage of that ignorance and cost us additional funds we could have used to bring our family back together.

United Family Resources is taking advantage of people that really just need some guidance as to what to do as the court systems are scary for some.  We read other reviews similar to ours and it was explained away by Aaron over the phone.  Be careful, you and your family deserve better.
