It is seldome that you find someone in a professional capacity who uses the tactics that Andrew Troyer of United Yacht Sales did when we answered an ad for a boat for sale.

First it was difficult getting a response from him and then when we requested a showing of the vessle he wanted us to pay one of his people to be there while we looked at the boat.

I was never confronted with a sitution where a broker demanded payment to look at something they were trying to sell.

This he based on the fact that we wanted to video the damages and repairs to the vessel before we forked over cash for the purchase.
