We did IT work for UPM consultants AKA Universal Property Management AKA Universal Party Management in January of 2014. We have not been paid a dime as of today May 11, 2014. We have sent multiple invoices as well as certified letters, multiple phone calls which are never returned. If we do reach someone, they give you the runaround that they will call back, but never do. These people are not even incorporated in the state of florida!
They owe us about $1200 dollars and we have not received even a reply. We spent 2-3 days onsite and another couple of days remotely working on their systems. We even gave them a discount.
DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE IN ANY WAY!
The Director of operations Alex Polazzo has a history on Rip Off Report and is obviously a Scam Artist. We are taking FULL legal action no matter the costs!!!

We did work for UPM consultants AKA Universal Property Management AKA Universal Party Management. We have not been paid a dime as of today May 11, 2014. We have sent multiple invoices as well as certified letters, multiple phone calls which are never returned. If we do reach someone, they give you the runaround that they will call back, but never do. If you call them they are very sceptical as to who is calling, a hint that we are not alone here! These people are not even incorporated in the state of florida!
They owe us over $1000.00 and we have not received even a reply. We spent a week of our time working for them. We even gave them a discount. They are unreliable and disorganized as a business.
DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE IN ANY WAY!
