My name is Jerry XXXXX. I signed up with home survey workers for $2.95. I figured that i had nothing to lose for that much and everything to gain. A week after I did this i noticed that 39.95 had been debited to my bank account. This was done without me knowing and when i signed up i was told nothing about this. To me, this is stealing. It is Fraud and someone needs to pay for this. This is not the first time that home survey workers or unparralleled marketing has screwed somebody and it is time to make it the last if we can get enough people to do something about it. It is stealing and if i did something like this i would be in jail for obtaining property by false pretence. Please everyone let do something about this. I am tired of working hard for my money and someone stealing it from me......

If you read the website you ordered from www.homesurveyworkers.com it clearly states that the $2.95 is a trial membership and if you do not cancel during your 7 day trial you will be charged $39.95.
If you wish to contact us you can call our customer support center Monday-Friday from 9AM-5PM MST at 815-301-2074 or you can goto the website you ordered from and fill out a support request there. All email support tickets are answered within 48 hours. Our contact info is clearly listed on the website your purchased from.
We have no problems refunding your money as we do have an 8 week money back guarantee on all of our products but next time please read the website clearly before buying something over the internet.
