I ordered this product also, thinking it was legit having read the entire liscence agreement and boy was I wrong. I decided to cancel the order when they called to confirm it and was assured that I wouldn't be charged for it.
Today I checked my bank account and the $2.95 was charged to my account from this company. Later today I recieved another call from the people letting me know what I would be recieving in the mail and again I told them I wanted the order canceled and did not understand why it was not canceled before. When I told him this he hung up on me and I have not been able to get in touch with anyone again. I e-mailed them and still have no reply. What can we do!?

Please provide me with the name of the person who called you after you had cancelled and when you requested cancellation again hung up on you. We will be able to correct that behavior towards, but I need to know that representative's name. I apologize for the frustration that was caused to you. However, your account was cancelled on 4/23/08. You stated that you requested cancellation of the membership, at no time did you request the $2.95 refund. If you had requested that refund, it would have been credited back to your account. If you have any questions, please contact customer service at 1-800-750-7660. Our hours are 8a.m. to 12a.m. Monday-Friday.
