UNSECUREDBUSINESSFUNDING.COM UNSECURED BUSINESS FUNDING SCAM// BLACKMAIL//RIP OFF//LIES// St. George, Utah

Hello All,

Like many other, I was looking to start up business and looking for start up funding for my business.
This was when I ran across unsecuredbusinessfunding.com and spoke to
a man by the name of "Curtis". Curtis, initially promised me $150,000, with a
4.0% or below. Also the process will be extremely easy and quick for me because
of such excellence personal credit score. ( My credit score was 759)
He even promise me that it takes around 72hours for pre-approval and 2weeks for the funding to be in my bank.
However, there was a fee of $249.00 (Application fee), at which I agreed to paid
right away without any hesitation. Within 2 days later, I received a call from
"Terry Shaw", senior underwriter as he had mention. Terry then told me in order
to forward with my funding, I will need to pay him $2,000 for processing or else
he can not push forward my funding. Right after I've agreed to paid, the
following day I received a another call from Terry, stating that I must make a
additional payment of $2,500( Credit Repair), at this point I had no choice
because I've already lay out so much money already so I've again agreed to paid
the $2,500 as he requested. So After making a total payment of $4,749 and
standing at 6 weeks since the day I've made the payment and signed the
agreement.  During this whole time, they did not ever offer me any solution
nor any help.
Each time I question about the funding, their simple response
if "We're working on it". As a result, I've spend $4,749 and 6 Weeks for nothing
and I end up losing 2 prime location that I've set my target on to start up the
business but due to funding I was unable to open.
Finally, I wish to understand what is my right as a US Citizen and a consumer, I wish to file a law
sue against this company and completely shut them down to avoid other from
falling into the same mistake I had and finally, I wish to know how to retrieve
all the money that I've been tricked/blackmail into spending back into my
account. I do not want to have anything else dealing with them after I receive
all my refund.
**IF THERE'S ANY HELP OUT THERE, PLEASE TELL ME HOW I CAN COMPLETELY SHUT THEM DOWN**
