I am warning you, DO NOT I repeat DO NOT fall for the scam Unsecuredbusinessfunding.com is running. They are all saleman NOT "financial advisors" as they claim. Trust me it does not make a differance what position you are in. Example: I needed a 50 thousand dollar loan so I contacted them and we went over my situation. I had 30 thousand in my bank to put down, my credit score was pushing 800, and my income was around 70k. I recieved NOTHING. All they do is gain your trust and claim they know for a fact they will get you funding. The guy I was working with promised me over and over I had nothing to worry about. They start telling you how just recently they got someone qualified for 50k with a 580 credit score. Believe me they will contact you everyday and make you feel like they are trying. The next step is to talk to you on the phone will you are signing all these "agreements" without explaining them, but guess what they just rushed you to esign a contract! Now instead of the initial 249.00 your same card was charged another 2,000 dollars. But wait! there was another document you signed to borrow 2500 dollars and for it to be sent to Unsecurred business funding. Now that they got everything they could from you good luck trying to get ahold of them. They completly stop repling to email and when you call it's always "can you hold please?" then they come back and say he's in a meeting or at lunch. Trust me I am out 4,749.00 on and did not receive one thing. If you were also scammed by this company please send me an email I have an attorney and am putting together a case to stop these crooks. Dear All,
I'm currently in the same situation and need legal assistance. Recently I'm trying to start up my Restaurant Business and after I've been turned down by many banks. I've turn to them unsecurebusinessfunding.com
At first a person by the name of Curtis, told me that if I have excellence credit score, which I do.
I will be able to obtain $150,000 funding without any problem. Also the interest rate will be below 4.0% and it will only takes 2 Weeks to obtain. Now after I've paid $249(application fee), then $2,000(Processing fee), and another $2,500(Credit builder), standing at the 6Weeks since I've signed the agreement with this company and still I have not receive anything yet. Each and everyday I called them, they tell me that their working very hard trying to obtain the funding for me and everything should be approved and finalize soon. Because I was stupid enough to trust them with my funding, I've lost 2 prime location for my business that took over 8months searching. Seriously, I can not and shall not deal with this non-sense and stress anymore, I wish to speak with any attorney or anyone that can bring their company to justice. I wish to sue them for the agreement and promises that was not met. Please if anyone is out there and looking to fight this case, email me directly at trungtd@hotmail.com

I also had the same experience as you from Unsecured Business Funding. I would like to take action against them. I know a few people have gotten lawyers involved, I want to be a part. I paid $249 like everyone else, then I paid $1500, and then I was forced to get a loan for $1500 with them.
This is crap and needs to stop. Please tell me what I can do to help bring these guys down
