Paid a down payment for 1st and last months dues. Tells you you can cancel with 30 days notice. Did that and then was told have to forfeit the last months dues. Personal training is not worth it at Urban Active, not for the dues you have to pay and lose when you want to cancel. I have a month to month membership, personal training is for 1 year. You also have to train on their time not when it is convenient for you to train. Buy a video save your self from wasting money. They promise you they will get the weight off. All I do is sweat and nothing else. Don't bother anymone at the PT desk. Don't want to show you any equipment or how to use it and sometimes they don't know how to use it, so you are on your own at this gym. Run, they only want your money, buy a video it will work better for you and save you money. Like I said don't just run from this gym....DON'T GO IN.

Don't believe Urban Active on Contact Info

I did contact Urban Active from the cards and they forward your info on 2 other people and then they give you the run around in a return email. You can't call them. Those cards are for show and nothing else. Just take mine and everyone else's advise...JUST DON'T GO IN.... I pay month to month for a membership...no problem there. Personal training is for 1 year...when signed up was told no problem you can quit personal training at any time....they don't mention that you will pay almost $550 to stop it in fees (includes down payment for class time NOT USED. Personal trainers are also out of shape or constantly on cell phones on the floor, they do not help with equipment that you do not know how to use....because they don't know how to use it themselves. I am going to take my own advise and never join a gym again.
