I was recently approached by Will from U.S. Buildings located in Boone NC. He gave this big sales pitch about how he had some buildings left over from prvious orders ,(scams). I was skeptical , but I gave him some of my time to explain the deals he had. He told me he had a canceled order on a 25x30 garage. I was interested in that size , so he gave me this great deal on it. The whole time he was talking to me , he had his cell phone in his hand going back and forth like I was at an auction. He also kept asking for more , and more money down for a deposit.

I started to get a little bit uneasy about the deal then. I told him that I only had $200.00 to give him , again he went back and forth on the cell , and ask me again if I could pay more. I told him no , so he went ahead with the deal and signed me up. I had a gut feeling that this was some sort of scam , and I was right. The problems started with lack of any customer service. They never answer the phone , or messages.

I had my contractor look things over at my site , and the first thing he ask for was the foundation drawings. He explained to me that any contractor will make sure the plans suit the site before any money is taken from the customer. I knew I had been had. So I called and asked why my plans had not been mailed like the saleman had told me. They replied and said they would not send them untill I send them another $2600. This is how the scam plays out. They want you to put 25% down on the building before the plans will be mailed. You have no idea what they look like , or even if you can get them approved. They take your deposit , and could care less if the building will meet your local codes.

I cancelled the order , and the lady (Edith) became very rude , and said they would send it to collections in the amount of $3,000 if I did not follow through. Funny how that deposit of $200 , turned into $3,000? They say its for expenses involved in cancelling the order. If I remember correctly , the salesman told me they had the building I put on hold on a truck. Did it cost $3,000 to unload it? I am so glad I did not dump more than $200 into this ripoff company. I am very interested in getting in touch with anyone who would like to get a class action law suit against this company.

I am not doing it for the money , I just want the people that really got burned , to get thier hard earned money back. It only takes three people to file a class action suit. If there is a way you can contact me through this report , I will be happy to direct you to an attorney that will take them on.
