US Buildings Deceptive and unprofessional Internet

I first called US Building for a quote on a building. After the high pressure salesman(Mark) dropped the price several times to 6,000.00 I agreed. The forms were faxed over to me, I signed them and faxed them back to "Mark". The price was for a discounted building that another person had ordered and didnt pay for. This person was out their downpayment which is why the building was discounted to me.

I paid My downpayment and the building was to be shipped with the remaining balance to be paid.

I contacted Mark about the delivery because I was concerned about a large truck being able to deliver the load. He instructed me that if the truck was not able to deliver the load, then the load would be delivered as near as possible. REALLY. That could be 20 miles away. I then asked Mark who was going to deliver it the rest of the way and He stated it was My responsiblity. I would have to hire another truck and forklift for delivery to my site.

I cancelled my order. Mark then calls me up and he obviously didnt think I would remember his voice because he used a different name(Randy) and stated he was from USBuildings "Legal Department" and that I would lose my downpayment and have to pay other penalties. After convincing him I knew he was the salesman, he hung up.

I read the fine print on the contract and did in fact agree to pay penalties which I paid.

I then learned that a friend of mine got the same exact building for 1/2 price. I guess he got my building,Discounted a third time.........

They used high pressure salesmen, then find a stipulation in the contract or rig the contract, and then never deliver the product and pocket your money.

Their snow loads and wind loads are highly exaggerated as well.
