These proficient scam artists The Rack Family that operate out of Deerfield Beach, FL and Tempe, Arizona are the best that I have ever come across. They rip people off at different stages of the order/delivery process. They operate under several different company names US Buildings Direct, US Buildings Systems Corp, US Metal Buildings Corp., and possibly other names (do your homework). I have filed complaints with the Attorney General, BBB, Dept of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Federal Trade Center for Consumer Services, and the FBI IC3 office.
It appears that the governing bodies who actually have the authority and power to do something, work independently of each other which causes each victim complaint to look like an isolated case. This scam
is much more widespread than Florida, it is happening across the nation. Go to Google and enter us buildings direct scams. Youll be surprised by the number of hits. I found 193 complaints on the Florida BBB site alone.
Question: Were you victimized by any of these companies that are operated by Gary / Anthony / Adam / The Rack Family? If you were, I would like to hear from you. You can post to this email thread so that others can see and read your reply. Please do not use profanity, just state the facts and eliminate the emotions.
Anthony Rack is threatening to take me to court. I would love to present the Broward County, FL judge with a stack of complaints from victims throughout the Unites States. I think we need to approach this as a united front. The more evidence produced, the better chance we have of the governing authorities to step in and take some action.
My best advice. DONT BUY FROM ANY COMPANIES THAT ARE AFFILIATED WITH THE RACK FAMILY.

I worked with U.S Metal Buildings, also known as Internation buildings now since they changed their name, they do still have a section for US METAL BUILDINGS too. Anyway i would like to help with information to who ever it may concern. I also ordered a building from US Metal Buildings and was taken for $8,200 and never received anything. I'll join in a complaint.

We are a remodeling/contracting company in NC and were seeking additional suppliers of legit steel buildings and came across these people; and recently had 3 separate mails/calls from 3 different people working at US Buildings and stated they are located out of Boone, NC and have manufacturing facility there.
Knowing Boone, NC as we do, we never knew there was any sort of manufacturing facility there for steel buildings as they state. What further concerns us is one of the E-Mails is signed "Annie Oakley"... and when another rep called today I asked him was that really her name? He replied, "We have several girls of the same name here and that must be Laura who uses that to avoid confusion".

I encourage you and all who have been ripped-off by US Buildings, as US BUILDINGS SCAMMED ME OUT OF $9000, and I have received nothing from them, to follow through w/legal action. Please include me.
