US Directory RIPPED OFF, they sold me a advertising package for only $ 5.00 per month and 0.25 cts per referencies. I ended paying $ 119.80 plus the 5.00 that we agreed on!

On August 2008, after several calls from one of the sell agent from US DIRECTORY, Christopher I signed with them for only $ 5.00 per month plus 0.25 cts per every call or reference that I have through them, I did set my profile and I forgot about them, on february 2009, I received a call from the same US Directory, selling me the same package, I told the agent I allready had it, He tried to find my company phone number in their system and he couldn't, so He signed me in again for $ 5.00 per month and the 0.25 per reference.

Last week I was receibing call from them too, the agent from the sell department tried to sell me the same package, I told him that I already had account with US DIRECTORY, he looked in the system with my two phone numbers that I did sign and he was not able to find my company in their system, I was sure I was in and I refuted it , he spoke with his supervisor and he said that maybe the sell agent before did not close properlly my account.

I'm not the one who check the credit card statement but because I receibed an alert from my credit card fraud department I checked it this time, and what I found, US DIRECTORY have been stealing me $119.80 per month since september 2008, plus the $ 5.00 that I'm paying since february and this month they charge an extra $ 99.00 that the customer representative told me it were for the references this month.

US Directory says that I received more than 18 600 visit in my website or my site with them, what it is strange, is that from this 18 600 people, not one either called me or email me, IS MY BUSINESS SO BAD, that not body likes us ? I'm being working with my same customer, every call I received, it is part of the interview to ask, How they found us, not body say US DIRECTORY.

I tell you more, since my computer, from google serch I type my full company name and US DIRECTORY don't show up with my name, they say thay have yahoo, google, and the other giant search ingene but they can not find you in their own system.

If there is a lawyer willing to take this case, please let me know, all the transaccion I did with this guys was in plain spanish, Cuban spanish because I'm cuban and Christopher the first one who sold me the product was cuban too, that was why I trust a little more in him because we spoke the same language.
