US Directory Valerie Miller Deceptive Advertising Boca Raton, Florida

I am outraged at your helping yourself to $180.00 from my account. I demand that you credit my account immediately for that $180.00 that I consider you unlawfully and without my permission you withdrew from my account.

I cancelled the account today with your agent, Ms. Valerie Miller and received an email confirming that action. Now remains the $180.00 I believe illegally absconded from my account. I was told today that only $45.00 would be returned. That is not acceptable! You will return all these funds immediately or will be consequences throughout the system. I have contacted our BBandT Bank and they are prepared to initiate action in my behalf. I have also discussed this with our family attorney and I believe with their assistance I will start with the Federal Trade Commission in an official complaint should this not be immediately resolved.

I am quite serious in this matter and will take all necessary steps to effect recovery. It is such a small amount of money however, I believe you were very negligent in your actions and I will bar no holds in complete recovery. There will bed no end to this matter I guarantee it.
