US Legal Department call phone scammer Nationwide

Got a voice mail from a man with a thick Indian accent named "Paul Rodgers", not even on my phone but my wifes. The man stated that he works for "US Legal Department"... and that there was a complaint filled against me. The man said that if I didnt call him back there would be a warrent put out and I will be arrested at my home or work place. I never talked to this man or I would have asked for some kind of proof of his claim.

Searching for the number online, 205-258-1808, did not bring up any number or anything like a companies real number would. Using whitepages it pulls up "YMax Communications Corp. landline from Clanton, AL", which every other company or gov't org I searched pulls up without a problem.

Also when we called the number back it goes straight to voicemail and there was no formal message, his name or company name on the message, just saying something like "thank you for calling with your report, leave your number and we will call you back".

I thought the whole thing sounded fishy from the start, but the call freaked out my wife so she called the police just to talk to someone about it, they agreed it sounded fake and that there was another report about it from another person.
