To all those even thinking about getting trained, using the understaffed office, relying on the nasty and non- communicative processors, getting sucked into a practice that is truly not fair, and will take your money regardless of what happens to the homeowners cases BEWARE. This is probably one of the largest scams out there in the Loss Mitigation Industry.

The company will not be in your best interest as a company...
The processors that had our files either got fired or quite, so the homeowners cases were transferred around and around to different processors. Our Mitigation cases were in processing for ELEVEN months. When Us Loss Mitigation couldn't help the clients case they said that the case had expired, and they could no longer help them. There are so many things that happened during our use of this company that were not fair, wrong, and held us responsible for the client, we winded up refunding most of our clients money. This was a very stressful adventure and taught us alot..

When our clients would get a good interest rate deduction before submitting the file into US Loss Mitigation , Us Loss mitigation would not refund the money at all. We had several clients that we paid Us Loss Mitigation upfront, and for these clients we didnt even fax their information to Us Loss, and the client would call us stating that they were sent a good offer from their lender. We would ask Us Loss to refund the money as they did no work on these clients and they continued to not reply to emails and phone calls. The clients that were in negotiations for close to A YEAR, they stung them on stating for them to be patient and they could help. Then Us Loss Mitigation Services said their cases were expired. We could go on and on and on......but take this advice, If you want to take part in helping people save their homes find a great attorney with Mitigation experience and team up with them. You will pay more money but in the end, trust me you will be glad you did.. I am 100% positive there are many other reports about this company... do your homework first!
