Us Homestead, Us Loss Mitigation Servicesus, HPS-HOMESTEAD PROTECTION SERVICES ripoff didnt do anything, they gave us same info we already told them MAITLAND Florida

My husband and i were going through a foreclosure, we were getting desperate so we started looking up companies on the computer. we found ushomestead. they said they were a great loss mitigation company 20 years experience. we told them what the mortgage company told us on march 14th, 2006. what we told them was the money amount the mortgage company wanted. they said they have been working with our mortgage company for years and they could do better then what the mortgage company was offering. so we sent them $1, 162.00 for their flat fee -it said they will use all efforts and methods in order to prevent the loss of the clients home. this did not happen. we had to send them 2 seperate packages over nite totaling another 54 dollars. the info we sent them was the same info the mortgage company already had. they took those paers and then resent them to the mortgage company. the same papers we already sent them. then said it would take a day or two for the mortgage company to get back with them. our sale date was march 24th, 2006. on the 23rd they called us and sent email also telling us what we already knew- they called us with the exact same figures as what we told them on the 14th of march- nothing changed they did nothing. then on the 24th the company that cared so much didnt even bother to call or contact us in any way to see if our home was sold or not at the sheriff sale. they didnt even call to find out if we came up with the money or not. when we called and asked about getting our money back we asked what did you do they got furious and hung up on us. they were called twice, my husband called the man tom walters and i called the woman yanique lawrence. they hung up after yelling of course but they didnt do anything that wasnt already done. we arent even complaining re the house. the fact is they were paid money and did nothing no work, we did it all we filled out the papers for the mortgage company , we wrote the hardship letter to the mortgage company, they just resent what the mortgage company what we already sent them to begin with. they did nothing.

when we sent our paperwork to them we had to do it fed ex and get a tracking number. so, after all this was done i went into the computer and looked up the tracking number and where the package actualy ended up. big surprise it was not maitland florida. then i went into a business website that showed all the suites located on southall lane in maitland florida and sure enough suite 210- didnt exist. so although these adresses are what we sent our papers to the state of florida has no such recognizable addresses.

we want our money refunded and we want our money paid back that we lost in sending them the papers overnight to an adress that doesnt exist.
