U.S. Office & Industrial Supply Almost Succeeded in ripping my company off Reseda California

I got a call from a guy who said that my company has an account with them and if i wanted to i could buy a fork lift and he also said until August i have a 70% off the catalog price. Then he started talking very fast and said something about packing tape and said that i get a free organizer and that the tape will be cheap. well a week later i get the tape from ups and its cheap crapy tape and then i got the invoice that was 286.56 plus shipping charges of 49.10 and i was told free shipping. I called them telling them i dont want the tape and then they were telling me that they forgot to give me the 70% off and she said the total would be around 100 dollars for 2 cases and i was just fed up so i said no i want to return it and she got alittle attitude but i finally got the RMA number now im waiting for the Fed Ex to come supposable next week.
