U.S. Office & Industrial Supply FRAUD, DECEPTIVE TELEMARKETING Van Nuys California

U.S. Office & Industrial Supply is a scam business. What they do is they call up some midlevel employee at your company and secure an order for paper or packaging supplies by offering a free sample. They then automatically ship your company regular, outrageously overpriced orders of the same product. Their hope is that your accounts payable dept. will be confused (perhaps by the original authorization of the sample) and will pay all of these extremely overpriced invoices.

Our company was billed for three and half CASES of blank packing list in as many months. We aren't even a shipping company. It would probably take us decades to use that many packing lists. 

The bargain price that U.S. Office & Industrial Supply sold us these packing lists for was over $1000. 

Their current accounts receivable person 'Sherry' will then harass your company into paying the bills. She will call repeatedly, turn on what she thinks passes for charm, calling you 'honey' and stuff like that, and try to trick or badger you into paying up. 

How a fraudulent company like this manages to stay in business is beyond my comprehension. Apparently there are a lot of defrauded companies across the country keeping this place afloat.

BEWARE. Don't even talk to these people. Just hang up on them if they attempt to solicit you on the phone. Do not give them your full name or answer questions about office supply usage.
