I want to report how rude it was when I called this company that kept giving notices of a debt collection. Which I dont have an account with them. The first female put on her "supervisor" Lynn Cerra ext 127. She would talk over top of me and continued to be rude. I asked for her supervisor or legal dept. She said that she was the only supervisor there. I talked to Brittany Johnson before 8/5/13 and everything was settled. I called back and ask for Brittany Johnson and I was hunged up on. How would a company that hires USCB would like to know that the people they hired doesnt do their job properly and very rude and when you call there they hang up on you. If I did have a debt to pay I guess they dont want the money that bad!!!
