Today 28 August 2003 I finally got stuck with a $2995.00 charge I have been trying to get rid off since March. I have time and time again via my credit card company told these people I want them out of my life. They insist I have their product, and I have only a billed credit card for $2995.00. They try to sell you web hosting for E-business at an outlandish price.
You can get a better product for a fraction of the cost. I found out about them through ripoff.com 24hours later submitted my paper work for refund and I am still waiting.
When they get a hold of you, they don't let go. They are shyster of the highest degree. Hopefully I can save some else the agony of being robbed.

USIGHT recieves CEASE & DESIST from Utah Court

The Utah office of Consumer Protection Division has taken USIGHT to court and recieved a "Cease & Desist" order against the company. To order a copy of the order fax Doug Haymore 801-530-6001 reference a "Grama Request" and provide your contact info. It is my understanding Mr Haymore is with the Utah States Attorneys office that is doing the enforcement of the order. If you are one of the MANY who have been ripped off by USIGHT you should also send an email to the cybercrime@utah.gov and cc to the States attorney office uag@utah.gov and give them your story. These are VITAL steps to take so that a CRIMINAL investigation may follow and justice can be served.
