I am interested in being involved in any class action suit against these companies. Unfortunately, we cannot go after Epenzio because they have filed bankruptcy and gone out of business but we can go after Monterey Financial. There is a lot of people on this sight that has been ripped off by these two companies and now it's time to build a case against these company. When I do, an "Epenzio or Monterey financial" searches at least 200+ people come up that have been ripped off by these companies.

Why a Class Action will more than likely not work in this case
It is the opinion of Rip-off Report staff that a Class Action will not work in this situation and will only lead victims down a long path of disappointment. In order for an attorney to take on such a case, there needs to be money. Before any lawyers can get to any money, companies like this will more than likely go belie-UP! / Bankrupt, which means, there will be NO MONEY! The best way to get many companies to pay up is to first get the authorities to get the offending company criminally, then their assets will be immediately frozen most of the time, so they cannot spend or hide the money. - - Once a reputable lawyer contacts Rip-off Report with a plan, we will be glad to make arrangements with them to e-mail those of you who filed a Rip-off Report.
