 i was contacted via phone today that I qualified for a loan between 9k and 15k. I immdiatley asked how much money by would need up front. The gentleman said none. We went through the process for the 9k he told me my payments would be 280.00 due the 15th of every month for 36 months starting 1-15-16. Then he placed me on hold. Upon him returning to the phone he stated that due to my credit score begin under 700 they needed me to purchase a boost card from the local dollar general and put 280.00 on it and call them back.

After that they would transfer the 9k to my account and never touch the 280.00. I told him I wouldn't have the money til tomorrow afternoon. He is supposed to call me back. I checked the website out on line and found out that he BBB believes ustarcash is out of business. Loan companies never ask for money up front. When they do check into it because hwy are usually a scam. This is oneperson the fox won't get.
