 I have never heard of anything in my life. I told them to cancel my loan. Watch out they are scammers. I had this happen before , but not again. 

I recieved a telephone call stating that I was approved for a loan. After the process of verifying information and asking me if I wanted the money directly deposited in my account or if I wanted to go to Wal-Mart to p.u. the money. When I told them that I wanted them todeposit the funds into my account they came up with this insurance fee. That's when I became curious as to why I had to pay them an insurance fee of $200.00 up front before i could get the funds, I was told it was a form of insurance for them incase I might have gotten sick and could not pay the loan when it was due and that it would cover me until I could resume paying . I thought it sounded like something i went thru before. So i told them if I had money to give you like that i would not need the loan. They are a big rip-off. I have decided to leave the payday loan operation alone and make out why what I have. anything that sounds too good to be true is usually right.  Ustarcash is another ripoff.
