Ordered Lennox fireplace doors September 8, 2013 and told will be delivered early to mid October.  Multiple times since told delays beyond their control and will be shipped within following 2 weeks.  Now 3 months later, told again will be shipped out in another 2 weeks.  Meanwhile, needed doors before can have fireplace pass inspection.  Called 2 other stores via internet and both had in stock and shipped out same day.  Filed dispute with credit card.  Website called "fireplacesandstoves.com" but emails come from Value Point Distribution, and now see complaints about them.  When call, only get voice mail. Avoid.
