Hot Tub Direct website offered Veteran's Day sales.  I picked a Hot Tub and submitted my order.  Website said I would be called 5 minutes later to confirm.  Waited three hours and then tried Live Chat.  Got Annie, with a sleepy indian accent, who said she could not find my order (although I was looking at my order on the website at the time.

Annie wanted me to pay the entire bill thru PAYPAL, when the website indicated they take VISA, and only a $500 deposit is required.  PAYPAL email was from Value Point Distribution.  A quick check of both Hot Tub Direct and Value Point Distribution showed a history of not delivering products after getting paid.
