Vanderbilt Mortgage Company Everytime I turn around I am owing them money RIPOFF Maryville Tennessee

Something has to be done with this mortgage company! First they told me I was 4 months behind on my mortgage payments and after I showed proof that I was only 2 months behind things got worse.

I told them that I had some medical problems and that's why I became behind and I told them that I had sent out a full months payment and they told me no that they had to have the money today ot they were going to take legal action.

I gave them my credit card info and told them to debit my checking account for what I owe to get me caught up and they did. A few weeks later they call and tell me you only owe $100.00 for the month of Feb. and I was in shock, I said what are you talking about, you were suppose to dbt my account for everything I owe to get me caught up until my next regular payment and she said no, you were short $100.00. I told her that I would call her back, I checked my bank account online to make sure that my account had enough in there for the $100.00 and sure enough there was enough so where sis this $100.00 come from?

I am not able to pay my next payment which was March 30th until April 30th because of this so I got a nice little letter stating that I had 7 days to pay the balance which is owed on the house or they were going to come and get it. How can this be legal, I thought that by law you had to be 30 days behind on a payment before they could do anything?

I hate this company and I am trying to get my house refinanced to get away from them.
